Replacing the CAN distributor
The replacement of this component must be documented so that it is
possible to trace which device has been replaced with which device, and
when. To enable this, the following data must be recorded and
communicated to the manufacturer:
Date of the replacement
Location of the replaced component (system, series, number)
Serial number of the replaced component
Serial number of the new component
Reason for the replacement (fault description, all fault messages
issued by the monitoring system).
Prerequisites
The DC disconnect is switched off (Off).
You have ensured that all connected SmartConnect devices are
voltage-free. Switching the DC disconnect to Off does not guarantee
that the device is free of voltage.
The central inverter is isolated.
The optional external string switch-off system is isolated.
The optional external signal transmitter is isolated.
