11 Maintenance by the user
Before cleaning and other maintenance of the Curapuls 670, first switch off the unit and disconnect it from
the mains supply.
The control panel and the housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The electrodes can be disinfected
with a cloth moistened with 70% alcohol. The electrodes must not be sterilized by exposure to steam
(autoclaving) or gas.
Check the electrodes and electrode cables regularly for damage and poor contacts. Damaged electrodes
or electrode cables must not be used. The length of the cable is of critical importance. For this reason,
only use cables supplied for the purpose by Enraf-Nonius.
