recipe suggests
3 hours

Remove
the food from
the oven. Remembe:;

though
the oven shuts off automatically,
foods
continue
cooking
after controls
are off.
NOTE:
"The
low temperature
zone of' this range

WARM
and 200°E
(93°C.)]
is available
to keep hot
cooked
foods warm. Food kept
in the oven longer
than two hour-s at these low temperatures
may spoil.
° Foods that spoil easily, such as milk, eggs, fish,
stuffings,
poultry
and pork, should
not be allowed
to
sit for more
than one hour before or after cooldng.
Room
temperature
promotes
the growth
of harmful
bacteria.
Be sure that the oven light is off because
heat
from the bulb will speed harmful
bacteria
growth.
