sprockets for the following:
(1) Overworn gear
(2) Broken or damaged gear
(3) Loose sprocket retaining nut.
Cleaning and lubrication of the drive chain
Clean the chain with a dry cloth and motorcycle
chain cleaner. Clean the dirt on the chain with a soft
brush. After cleaning, dry and fully lubricate the
chain with a special lubricant for chains.
Brake
The front and rear wheels of this vehicle are
equipped with wheel disc brakes. Correct braking
operation is very important for safe riding. Remem-
ber to check the brake system regularly, and this
inspection should be carried out by a qualified
dealer.
Adjustment of brake
(1) The free travel of the front brake handle end shall
be 10 to 20mm.
(2) Measure the distance that the rear brake pedal
moves when the brakes begin to apply. Free stroke
H shall be 5 ~ 15mm.
Do these steps to adjust the free travel of the rear
brake pedal:
(1) Loosen the nut ①.
(2) Screw in or out the ejector rod ② to adjust the
free stroke of the brake pedal.
(3) After the free stroke meets the specified value,
tighten the nut ①.
(4) After adjustment, the brake shall not drag.
Friction plate
The main point of checking the friction plate is to
check whether the friction plate in the front and rear
brake calipers is worn to the notch ① of the bottom
line of the groove. If the scratch is worn, the friction
plate should be replaced with a new one. If the
scratch is worn, the friction plate should be replaced
with a new one.
