Press TEST, DSn-PDH, and FDL (under DSn-PDH RX).
Note: FDL RX is only available for DS1 interface with ESF framing. For Dual RX
test, FDL is only available for the primary DS1 TX/RX port.
Note: Path and test signal identification are not supported.
