UTILIZATION

The Mixer Wagon is a device developed to mix
and unload automatically salt, concentrates
and other products used in the production of
animal feed.
Its project was aimed to provide a balanced
mixture, with agility and efficiency.
IMPORTANT!
The unloading system by endless screw used
in this device is not recommended for silage.

DESCRIPTION

The three main Wagon systems are:

MIXTURE: The rotor paddles perform a
rotation of the materials inside the mixing
chamber, providing a uniform mixture.

WEIGHING: The scale enables to dose the
quantity of each material introduced in the
mixing chamber, in order to prepare a totally
balanced animal feed.

UNLOADING: The mixture is deposited in
an endless screw, through which it is unloaded.
NOTE: The scale is an optional item.

FUNCTIONING

The products that will be mixed are deposited
inside the mixing chamber, and the rotor,
activated by the tractor PTO, rotates constantly,
mixing all the products in a homogenous way.
To finalize the procedure, open the compartment
and the mixture is drained to an endless screw,
activated by a hydraulic engine. The screw then
transports the mixture to the tube, through
which the mixture is disposed of directly in the
trough.
