GEARBOX OIL

Capacity: 2.2 Litters
Recommended Oil: 150/CLP
Checking the oil level:
Check the oil level every 50 hours of work or
weekly, and fill it up whenever necessary.
Remove the level plug (D) and check if the
oil reaches the edge of the hole. If necessary,
remove the breather plug (E) and fill up the level
through its hole.
Drainage and Oil Replacement
The first drainage and oil change should be
done after 250 hours of work. Then, repeat
the procedure every 2.500 hours of work or
annually.
The drainage must be performed by removing
the breather plug (E) and the plug (F). After the
complete drainage, replace the plug (F).

Oil Change:

The change must be done by the breather plug
(E), using a funnel of flexible extension.
IMPORTANT!
ƒ It is recommended to change the oil at the
end of the day's work, since impurities will
drip more easily at the operating temperature.
ƒ To make the oil change, the machine
must be turned-off. The oil might be at a
high temperature (extreme temperature).
Therefore, use the appropriate PPE (gloves,
glasses etc.) in order to avoid burns.
ƒ Dispose the oil according to current laws.
Never dispose oil directly into the environment!
ƒ Also check the breather plug. It must always
be clean and clear.
