MIXING

The mixing stage starts when the last component
is introduced in the mixing chamber. For an
efficient mixture, it is essential to leave some
space in the mixing chamber. This factor is
extremely important to allow the material
rotation inside the mixing mixing chamber.
All in all, it is very important not to overload
the machine. The cardan rotation is not
fundamental. However, it is recommended that
it remains from 500-540rpm.

UNLOADING

The unloading stage should be done immediately
after the mixing stage. The operator is responsible
for adjusting the forward speed or the discharge
door opening. In this stage, it is advisable to
operate at a rotation of 300-400rpm at the PTO.
The unloading can be done in two ways: With
the Wagon moving or parked, as indicated in
the instructions on the following pages.
