REPLACING LOAD SENSORS
The Mixer Wagon is equipped with a weighing
system composed of a precision scale and three
load sensors.
The sensors are located in the following points:
at the tractor's coupling hitch (1). At the wheel's
frame (2 and 3).
Necessary tools for the procedure:
•
6mm or ¼'' screwdriver
•
36mm Torque Wrench / Socket Wrench
•
50 mm Torque Wrench
•
22mm socket wrench
•
Side cutting plier
•
5m wire (to push the cable)
Replacement of front load sensors:

procedure
In a leveled surface, with the Wagon leveled and
after adding shims to the wheels:
1.
Open the cover from the junction box (A),
and disconnect the plug (B) corresponding
to the sensor which is going to be replaced.
2.
Using an appropriate side-cutting plier, cut
the plastic clips that fasten the cables.
3.
Remove the two rubber guides (C).
4.
Tie the wire to the connector and pull the
cable. The use of wire will make the cable
passage easier when you assemble the new
load sensor.
5.
Remove the nut and the bolt (D), using a
36mm screwdriver.
6.
Remove the hitch (E), pulling it forward.
