Silo Zero/Constant/Silo Data
The next 3 screens will display the current Feed bin weight, Zero data, Constant and Silo
data values.
Zero Data
Silo W
2500 Kg
Zero Data:
1156
The Zero Data is the value of the Silo Data (also called CDP data) that is
registered during the Silo Zero Calibration.
The Constant is the value calculated during the Silo Weight Calibration.
Silo Data (also called CDP data) is a display only of the row data coming from the
AD SILO box and is directly proportional to the silo weight. Its value, with the
Zero Data and the Constant are used to calculate the silo weight.
Silo State
Current silo weight and Silo state are displayed here. See Silo state on page 25 for more
information.
Average Time
This is the time in seconds that the system reweigh's the Day bin weight before and after
giving feed. The default value is 30. Other possible values are: 60 & 120.
Advance Stop
This value sets how much feed will be given in the first run of the auger motor.
Example: if the batch quantity is 300 Kg (Lb) and this value is 30 Kg (Lb) then the first
motor run gives 270 Kg (Lb). Then the feed by pulses starts. The default value is 15 Kg
(Lb) and should be decreased if the first run gives more than the batch quantity. The
default value when the Unit is set to Lb is 33 Lb.
