Roxell Daybin Controller – RDC
Description
The RDC waits for the next batch time or next fill time. When batch time is
reached, a valve is opened (when needed) and the bin weight is measured for the
set Average Time parameter, then goes to the Giving feed state.
If fill time is reached, the system goes to the Filling prov. state.
In this state the Fill motor is on. If the day-bin weight reaches the weight set by
the Prov Fill Weight, the system goes to the Fill prov.-Wait state. If the Fill
motor is stopped, the system waits the time set by the Auger Alarm Time and
then goes to the FILL PROV.ERROR state.
In this state the system measurers the bin weight for 15 seconds. If the target
weight has not been reached it returns to the Filling prov. state, otherwise it
returns to the Idle state.
In this state Auger1 or Auger2 motor is on. In the first motor run, when the
quantity given is the required quantity minus the value set by the Advance Stop
parameter, the system goes to the Giving feed-Wait state. If the feed is given by
pulses, then if the required pulse time is reached the system goes to the Giving
feed-Wait state. If the AUGER INPUT detects that the auger runs but there is no
change in the bin weight for the time set by the Auger Alarm Time then the
system goes to the FEED ERROR state.
Note: when the AUGER INPUT detects that the auger motor runs then Run is
displayed, otherwise Stop is displayed.
In this state the Auger motor is off and the system measurers the bin weight for
the duration set by the Average Time parameter. If not all the required quantity
has been given, it goes to the Giving feed state otherwise it goes toe the Idle
state.
In this state the day-bin zero calibration is being done for 60 seconds. When it is
finished, the system goes to the Prov. Cal Exit state.
In this state the day-bin weight calibration is being done for 60 seconds. When it
is finished, the system goes to the Prov. Cal Exit state. If the calibration has
failed the system goes to the PROV. CAL ERROR state.
In this state the system stays only for a few seconds and re-measures the day-bin
weight and then goes to the Idle state.
In this state the Fill motor is off and the Fill-No Feed alarm or the Fill-Motor
alarm are on. When the alarm is cleared the system goes to the Fill prov.-Wait
state.
In this state the Auger motor is off and the FEED ALARM is on. When the
alarm is cleared the system goes to the Giving feed-Wait state.
In this state the PROV.-CAL alarm is on. Exiting from this state can be done
only by doing day-bin Zero Calibration and day-bin Weight Calibration again.
This state is reached if one of these alarms occurred: CDP Alarm or AD box
Alarm.
This state is reached if one of these alarms occurred: Clock Alarm, Memory
Alarm or FRAM Alarm.
