What to do before clearing the alarm?
Redo DayBin Cal-Zero and DayBin Cal-

1. Check the A/D-SILO box to RDC
wiring.
2.
Replace Opto-Coupler OP1 with new
one (part number is 4N25).

Verify that the Fill motor is on Auto in
the electrical board.
2.
Verify that the overload protection of
the motor is in off position.
3.
Verify that the silo is not empty.
1.
Check that Auger Status display (in
the Setup screens) shows Run when
the fill motor contactor is turned on in
manual mode.
2.
Have the electrician check the wiring
between the RDC and the fill motor
contactor.
1.
Verify that the Auger motor is on Auto
in the electrical board.
2.
Verify that the overload protection of
the motor is in off position.
Note: After being cleared, this alarm is
disabled until the silo is filled again.
If the problem persists, the Panel card
should be replaced.

Check which parameter has been
changed and re-set it.
2.
If the problem persists, the Panel card
should be replaced.

Re-enter the time.

If the problem persists, the Panel card
