RDC Controller Main Board Installation

1. Connect the female's auger motor contactor to the Female Auger connector in the
RDC.
2. Connect the male's auger motor contactor to the Male Auger connector in the
RDC.
3. Connect the fill-bin motor contactor to the Fill Auger connector in the RDC.
4. Connect the feeder motor contactor to the Feeder connector in the RDC.
5. Connect the male‟s valve contactors to the VALVE 1 to VALVE 5 connectors in
the RDC (usually to the C and NO contacts).
6. Connect the 3 auger contactors to the AUGER INPUT connector so that when
any auger runs, the AUGER INPUT receives an input of +24VDC. See wiring
diagram below.
7. Connect the alarm system to the ALARM connector in the in the RDC.
8. Connect the A, B and GND contacts in the USB-AG adaptor to the A, B and
GND in the PC COM connector in the RDC (for PC communication). Also use a
standard USB cable to connect the USB-AG to the PC. PC communications is
optional.
9. Connect the wires coming from the A/D silo card to the A/D silo connector.
10. Connect 230V phase and earth to the 230VAC IN connector.
