1.0 Features

The Roxell RDC feed control unit is designed to weigh two feed bins, one main feed bin
and one day feed bin. The RDC control unit will operate three augers, one for filling the
male feed lines, one for filling the female feed lines and one connecting the main feed bin
to the day feed bin. There are five electric feed tap outputs, one feed line output and one
output used for activating and alarm.

Front panel

1. 10 lights representing which output is in operation.
2. 2 x 10 Lighted liquid crystal display (LCD).
3. 10-keys keyboard.
4. Two navigation arrows.
5. Six front panel shortcut keys.
6. Enter key.
7. Program key.
The controller can be set in Kg or Lb. The screens shown in this manual are in Kg. If the
controller is set in Lb the Kg will be replaced with Lb in the various screens.
