■ Stop the flow of compressed air to the compressed air connection [1-9]
prior to performing any maintenance or repair work.
Replacement parts are available for repair work (see Chap. 15).
9.1. Replacing the trigger
Removing the trigger
■ Loosen the counter nut of the adjustment screw [1-4].
■ Unscrew adjustment screw with counter nut and remove from gun body.
■ Remove spring and paint needle.
■ Carefully remove circlips.
■ Pull out both pins.
■ Remove trigger.
Attaching the trigger
■ Insert trigger.
■ Insert bracket pins.
■ Insert circlips.
■ Insert paint needle and spring.
■ Screw adjustment screw [1-4] with counter nut into gun body.
9.2. Replacing the nozzle set

Damage due to incorrect assembly
The paint nozzle and paint needle can become damaged if they are
assembled in the wrong order.
→ It is essential that you adhere to the correct order of assembly. Never
screw in the paint nozzle against a paint needle that is engaged.
The nozzle set consists of a tested combination of air nozzle, paint nozzle
and paint needle. Always replace the complete nozzle set.
Disassemble nozzle set
■ Loosen the counter nut of the adjustment screw [1-4].
■ Unscrew adjustment screw with counter nut and remove from gun body.
■ Remove spring and paint needle.
■ Unscrew and remove air nozzle [1-13].
■ Use universal wrench to unscrew paint nozzle and remove from gun
body.
Nozzle set assembly
■ Use the universal wrench to screw paint nozzle into gun body and tight-
en with a tightening torque of 14 Nm.
