24.1 –MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
The design of the new TM70 hanheld Pushbutton transmitter logic board is base don "hall effect technology" as
well as the new mechanical designs of the new proportional pushbutton, manipulator and selector switches to
be used in TM70/1 and TM70/2 handheld puesbuttons, incorporating these new functionalities:
TM70 Hall Stepless pushbutton for Hall sensors PHS70
TM70 two step Hall Pushbutton for Hall sensors PH70
TM70 1-0-1 Hall Manipulator for Hall sensors MH70
TM70 1-0-1 Hall Selector for Hall sensors SH70
Like TM70, LE71 and LE72 two step logic boards the PO (present order) concept is maintained and the
pushbuttons can be replaced by manipulators and selector switches in the positions where the special
programming modes are not used.
The rest of the functionalities of the TM70 hanheld pushbutton trasnsmitters are maintained:
IN 0-10v calibration

-
Crane name/identification
-
Base cannel change

LE71 PROPORTIONAL logic board
The LE71 proportional transmitter logic board assembled in a hanheld pushbutton transmitter model adquires
the orders from the pushbuttons and after beeing processed are sent trhough a radio link to the receiver placed
in the machine to be controlled from a distance. This logic board is also prepared to receive data from the
receiver. In this logic board the new TR400-800 multi-band radio is assembled as standard and an external
plug-in EP70 SIM module
The LE71 PROPORTIONAL logic board supports the following standard switches and micro-switches:
-
1 contact key switch
-
1 Start micro-switch
-
1 Klaxon micro-switch
2 switches for the STOP function
-
6 pushbuttons –proportional or two steps- Using PH70 and PHS70 it is possible to mix both functionalities.
-
10 auxiliary digital inputs and the posibility to assemble DLA option (LCD display + range limiter).
-
1.- Label to identify the machine. Optional: LCD
Display
2.- Signalling LED
3.- Maneuver pushbutton
4.- Contact key
5.- Start/Klaxon pushbutton
6.- STOP pushbutton
7.- Opcional: Working area range limiter
