If there is no hood over the oven , connect it as in Fig. 8b using a
pipe with a minimum diameter of 150 mm for F60E and F80E, and
a pipe with a minimum diameter of 110 mm for F50E.
THE SMOKE EXHAUST FITTING IS PROVIDED (item Z in
Fig. 8b) THIS MUST ONLY BE USED WHEN THERE IS NO
OVEN HOOD PRESENT.
The exhaust pipe must be inserted into the oven exhaust outlet. Any
extensions need to be fitted so that the
top pipes enter the bottom ones.
In case of installation of the special extractor, this will remain in
position, as shown in Fig.23
NOTE! If the vapour is not exhausted properly, this will affect the
baking results; if necessary, assess the possibility to install the
relevant extractor.
The fittings for the condensation drainage pipes are on the back, for the
hood, item A in fig. 13, for the F60E oven, item B in fig. 14; for the
F50E oven,
item G in fig. 12; proceed to make the connections using pipes with a
suitable diameter and secure them with pipe clamps, connecting them
to a suitable outlet.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

IMPORTANT! Electrical connection must only be carried out by
specialised
personnel,
in
requirements
of CEI (Electric Quality Assurance Corporation.)
Before starting the connection procedure, check that the earthing
system is provided in accordance with European EN standards.
Before starting the connection procedure, check that the main power
switch for the supply to which the oven is to be connected has been
turned to the "off" position and the wires connecting to the power
socket have been disconnected.
The rating plate contains all the information necessary for proper
connection.
2.5.2.1 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OF THE BAKING
CHAMBER
IMPORTANT! Each baking chamber must be fitted, by the
customer, with a main thermo-magnetic differential type four-pole
switch, with a threshold Id of 0.03A suitable for the values shown
on the plate, to allow the single appliances to be disconnected from
the mains.
NOTE: The device selected should be in the immediate vicinity of
the appliance and within easy access.
The baking chamber is delivered with the required voltage indicated on
the rating plate (fig. 2). When connecting to the power mains, it is
necessary to fit a plug that complies with the standards and regulations
in force.
According to the voltage for which the oven has been made, which is
stated on the rating plate (fig.2), fit a plug as listed here below:

- Fitting the power plug (fig.9).
To carry out electrical connection use the rear cable, which must be
fitted with a plug for connection to the system. Connection must be
carried out as illustrated in (Fig.9).
F50E
To carry out electrical connection, remove the protective cover located
on the rear side of the baking chamber (fig. 10). The connection cable
must be supplied by the installer.
Insert a cable with a suitable cross-section (see technical data, table 1)
into the relevant cable gland (Item A-fig.11) and connect it to the
terminal board, as shown in
figure 16.
When connection has been completed, check that the supply voltage,
with the appliance running, does not differ from the rated value by
more than ±10%.
NOTE! For F60E-F80E make sure that the direction of rotation is
the one indicated by the arrows on the vertical back wall of the
baking chamber, and if it is not, reverse the position of one phase
wire in the power plug.

earthed. To do this, use the yellow/green wire and the connection
cable only. The flexible wire for connection to the power supply
must have characteristics at least equal to the model with rubber
insulation HO7RN-F and must have a rated section suited to the
maximum absorption (see technical data in TAB.1)
These appliances must also be included in the equipotential system.

2.5.2.2. LEAVENING
CONNECTION
local
IMPORTANT! The compartment must be fitted with a main two-
pole switch with fuses or an automatic switch suitable for the
values shown on the plate.
NOTE: The device selected should be in the immediate vicinity of
the appliance and within easy access.
The leavening compartment is delivered with a voltage of 230V 1N
50/60 Hz, as indicated on the rating plate (fig.2).
To carry out electrical connection, remove the protective cover located
on the left hand rear side of the compartment (fig.10).
The connection cable must be supplied by the installer.
The flexible wire for connection to the power supply must have
characteristics at least equal to the model with rubber insulation
HO7RN-F, and it must have a rated section suited to the maximum
absorption (see technical data in TAB.1.) .
When connecting to the power mains, it is necessary to fit a plug that
complies with the standards and regulations in force.
Insert a cable with an adequate cross-section (see technical data in
TAB.1) into the cable gland provided (item A - fig.11) and then
connect it to the terminal board as illustrated in figure 16.
When connection has been completed, check that the supply voltage,
with the appliance running, does not differ from the rated value by
more than ±10%.
IMPORTANT! It is essential that the appliance be properly
earthed.
A special earth terminal has been provided for this purpose on the
connection terminal board (fig. 16). It is marked with the earth symbol
and the earth wire must be connected to it.
These appliances must also be included in the equipotential system.

The terminal to be used for this purpose is located at the back of the
appliance (fig.11

EQUIPOTENTIAL SYSTEM
When connection has been completed, check that the supply voltage,
with the appliance running, does not differ from the rated value by
more than ± 10%.
2.5.3.
CONNECTION TO THE HYDRAULIC NET
Connection to the water supply mains must comply with the
regulations in force and flexible pipes for the connection to the water
supply network must
comply with IEC 61770 and subsequent modifications.
Connect a copper or iron pipe to the relevant threaded fitting (item C -
fig.12 – F50E) (item C. fig.13 – F60E/F80E) on the back of the baking
chamber. For the working pressure, see the technical data in TAB.1.
IMPORTANT! A stop cock must be fitted upstream of every
baking chamber water supply system.
NOTE! The manufacturer declines any responsibility in the event of
failure to comply with the above safety precautions.
