5.1 DESCRIZIONE DELL'APPARECCHIO
Le termisigillatrici permettono il confezionamento
di prodotti all'interno di vaschette di vari materiali, forme e
capienze.
La pellicola viene sigillata lungo il bordo della vaschetta
sotto la pressione di una piastra saldante, portata ad idonea
temperatura.
Le macchine sono costituite essenzialmente dalle seguenti
parti:
• Una carcassa

in acciaio verniciato oppure in acciaio inox.
• Un coperchio fissato dalla carcassa mediante molle a gas
, all'interno del quale è alloggiata la piastra saldante

Il coperchio è dotato di una robusta maniglia che permette
di abbassare e premere la piastra saldante contro la va-
schetta
• Un sistema portavaschette a slitta
mediante ripiano

5. INSTALLATION
5.1 APPLIANCE DESCRIPTION
Thermo-sealing machines can package products in
trays of various sizes and capacity and made of a variety of
materials.
The protective film is sealed around the edge of the tray by
the pressure of a sealing head heated to a suitable tempe-
rature.
The machines are composed of the following basic
parts:
• A body

• A top section attached to the casing by a gas spring

it onto the tray.
