7. Hold the unit firmly and pull the starter cord slowly until
resistance is felt. Then pull rapidly until the engine starts.
NOTE: DO NOT pull the cord
or start the machine whilst on
the operators back. Always
start the machine on level
ground.
8. After the engine has warmed
up, move the choke lever (I) to
the open position (Down).
How to Stop Your Backpack Sprayer
WARNING
It is important to clearly know how to stop the engine at any
time. Check the location and function of the stop switch before
putting the machine on the operators back. Ensure the machine
is removed from the operators back before restarting.
To stop your backpack sprayer, follow these instructions step-
by-step.
1. Put the throttle control lever to idle position (J).
2. Press and hold down the stop switch button (M) until the
engine is completely stop.

NOTE: If it becomes necessary to stop the unit immediately in
the event of an emergency, press and hold down the stop switch
button (M) immediately.
Putting on The Backpack Sprayer
1. Never lifting the unit alone and always use safe lifting practices.
It is recommended when putting the backpack sprayer on your
back or putting down, place the unit on a higher level surface just
about the waist high.
2. Slip the hardness straps over your shoulder.
3. Check and adjust strap tension comfort before lifing.
WARNING LIFTING WEIGHT HAZARD.
The Sprayer weight may exceed the physical capability of the
operator. Assessment of the lifting limitations of the operator
prior to use should be considered to avoid back injury or other
serious injury caused by heavy lifting.
How to Spray
WARNING CHEMICAL BURN HAZARD.
Chemicals could cause burns resulting
in death, serious injury and/or property
damage.
• Always wearing safety glasses, protective clothing, safety

gloves, respiratory protection and substantial footwear.
• Wash your hands after handling this product.
• Always follow the chemical manufacturers instructions.
WARNING POISONOUS GAS HAZARD.
Some agricultural chemicals could be harmful if
inhaled or ingested, resulting in death, serious
injury, nausea, fainting or poisoning.
You should now be familiar with how to START and STOP your
backpack sprayer. If not, please refer to the previous section to
familiarise yourself with STARTING and STOPPING the system
before continuing.
To start spraying, follows these steps:
1. Lift the backpack sprayer onto your back with the engine is
running on idle.
2. Open the cock valve (G).
3. Start to lift the control throttle lever to increase the engine
speed. The chemical diluted liquid should starts to spray out
from the nozzle.
