Check The Grease Cups (2 places)
The plunger within the pump needs to be lubricated every 3
hours during operation or as required:
1. Hand turning of the screw cap in clockwise direction until you
feel resistance of the grease starting to inject
2. Then turn one full circle rotation (both screw caps - each side
of the pump). Avoid applying too much grease and may result in
wasted grease leaking from the screw cap. Clean excess grease
from the screw cap as required.
To apply grease
NOTICE Before starting the machine at each use, examine
both the grease cups by opening the screw cap completely
anticlockwise. Refill by hand with No. 3 Lithium grease if
required (approx. 1.5grams each cavity) and replace the screw
cap.
• DO NOT operate the machine without grease.
• DO NOT operate the machine for extrended periods without
applying grease to the plunger.
• DO NOT operate the machine without the grease cup screw
caps assembled.
NOTICE
Run the pump without grease can damage the pump
and/or shorten its life.
