(A) Sprayer tank – Used to hold the agricultural chemical diluted
liquid. Strainer is included in the tank to prevent any debris to
get into the tank during filling.
(B) Engine – The power source of the backpack sprayer.
(C) Sprayer frame – Stabilises the backpack sprayer when in
the upright position and to support the sprayer tank, pump
and engine.
(D) Backpad – Provides back support.
(E) Dual action plunger pump – Connected with the engine and
pushes the chemical diluted liquid out from the sprayer tank
(F) Drain cap – Used to close and drain the liquid.
(G) Straps – Two padded straps that go over the shoulders.
(H) Sprayer tank lid – Used to close and prevent the chemical
diluted liquid from spilling out of the sprayer tank.

(I) 3 nozzle spray wand – Used for larger area applications.
(J) Extension rod – length extension for 3 nozzle spray wand.
(K) Single nozzle wand – Used for straight spraying applications
(L) Sprayer hose assembly – High pressure hose that connect the
pump outlet & spray wand.
(M) Pump outlet - Pump discharge port.
(N) Rubber mount – Used to absorb vibration from the engine
and pump
(O) Throttle control lever – Controls the engine speed.
(P) Stop switch – Pressed to stop the engine immediately.
(Q) Pressure regulation – Used to adjust the pressure for
appropriate spray conditions.
(R) Pressure locking plate – Used to lock the pressure position.
(S) Grease cups (2 places)– Used to apply & lubricate the plunger.
