Diagnostic leds (Diag Leds).
The diagnostic leds are sub
divided as follows:
Bus: field bus (DeviceNet)
diagnosis.
PLC: PLC
diagnosis.
I/O: K-bus diagnosis.
The leds can be off, green, orange or red.
After switching on, the Bus Terminal Controller
immediately checks the connected configuration.

the I/O led goes out if the start-up was
successful.
−
a red I/O led indicates a Bus Terminal
Controller error. The error type is shown in the
display.

Diagnostics display.
During start-up, display shows the current
firmware version for 3 seconds.
If an error occurs during start-up, this will be
indicated via a flash sequence of the associated led.
Configuration errors are shown in the display via
"TC-Config" and an error number.
In this case, use the System Manager to check
hardware configuration or contact support.

K-Bus diagnostic Error Codes.
To visualize an K-Bus Error Code:
− press for 3 seconds the
Joystick
to
BX5200
module
Menu (see figure);
− press the Joystick in Left
or
Right
navigate the Setup Menu
until reach the K-Bus
Menu, indicated on BX5200 module display;
− the indication of eventual Error Code is
visualized on display;
− the meaning of Error Codes is indicated in table
3.9.1.;
− to exit the Setup Menu press for 3 seconds the
Joystick.
Description
No data are exchange via the
K-Bus.
