DATA PROCESS IMAGE
CONFIGURATION.
4.1
Structure.
The Data Process Image defines DeviceNet field
bus input/output signals exchanged between the
Robot Control (Master module) and Bus Terminal
Controller BX5200 (Slave module).
The Data Process Image dimension depends on
one side on the amount of signals exchanged
between Robot Control and Power Source and on
the other side from signals exchanged between
Robot Control and added I/O Modules, eventually
inserted on K-bus.
For each of the above-mentioned configurations a
specific version of the BX5200 software is
supplied.
4.2
Data process image between Robot
GB
Control and Power Source.
The field bus messages configuration (Data
Process Image) used in the Cebora automated
Welding Systems is described in the following
manuals, supplied with the Power Sources.
−
MIG = cod. 3.300.362;
−
TIG = cod. 3.300.363.
In these manuals all signals exchanged between the
Cebora Welding System and the Robot Control are
listed and described.
The first 128 inputs and first 96 outputs of the Data
process image are intended only for a single Bus
Terminal Controller BX5200, without any added
I/O Module and regard exclusively DeviceNet
signals exchanged between Robot Control and
Power Source.
NOTE: When
Modules, the Data process image changes.
4.3
Data process image between Robot
Control and I/O Modules.
The RDI210 Interface, art. 210.00, preview the
expansion possibility with added I/O Modules, that
can be inserted on K-bus.
The inputs from I129 to I256 and the outputs from
O97 to O224 of the Data Process Image regard
exclusively signals between added I/O Modules
and Robot Control.

DATA PROCESS IMAGE AVAILABLE
CONFIGURATIONS.
The Data Process Images available configurations
described below are intended for applications
I/O
requiring the Bus Terminal Controller BX5200
with added I/O Modules.
Added modules must be chosen depending of plant
requirements.
The number of added modules is limited by the
total maximum addressable inputs and outputs
(128 inputs and 128 outputs).
For correct working added I/O Modules have to be
supplied.
NOTE: In using the Bus Terminal Controller
BX5200 with added I/O Modules the
corresponding .BIN file must be requested
preventively to Cebora Technical dept..
The .BIN file inserted in the BX5200
memory must be compatible with the I/O
Modules hardware configuration installed.
