Lo smontagomme TMS 26 è destinato ad essere installato su
furgoni aventi una apertura di dimensioni minime di 1100x1750 H mm
Altezza da terra del piano di installazione: 770mm.
(Fig. 1).
L'installazione consiste nel:
- posizionare la macchina all'interno del furgone
- forare il pianale interno del furgone
- fissare la macchina al furgone con viti (non in dotazione)
Queste operazioni sono a carico del cliente e devono essere effettuate
secondo le modalità decritte di seguito.
Posizionare la macchina all'interno del furgone, la giusta posizione è
determinata dal fatto che il portellone si chiuda correttamente senza
urtare lo smontagomme.
Fissare, in almeno 4 punti, lo smontagomme al pianale del furgone
facendo attenzione a non danneggiare la parte strutturale del furgone
durante la foratura.
L'installazione è a carico del cliente/utilizzatore, la ditta
costruttrice dello smontagomme non è responsabile di
eventuali problemi o danni che dovessero presentarsi
per uno scorretto fissaggio dello smontagomme al
pianale del furgone.
In base al tipo di furgone in possesso occorre determina-
re adeguati sistemi di fissaggio in maniera da bloccare
in modo sicuro lo smontagomme al furgone stesso.
Prima di procedere alla foratura del pianale controllare
accuratamente che i fori non procurino danni al fugone,
rendendo l'utilizzo pericoloso.
Prima di installare e utilizzare la macchina controllare
che i fori di fissaggio nel pianale siano stati effettuati in
posizione corretta in modo da non rendere pericoloso
l'utilizzo dello smontagomme.
7.3
INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
The tyre changer TMS 26 is designed to be installed on vans with
door opening of at least 1100 x 1750 H mm (Fig. 1).
Height off the ground of the installation surface: 770mm.
Installation consists of the following:
- Position the machine inside the van
- Drill the floor inside the van
- Secure the machine to the van by tightening the screws (not included)
these jobs are to be done by the customer and are to be carried out
according to the following instructions.
Position the machine inside the van; it is in the correct position when
the door closes correctly without knocking against the tyre changer.
Secure the tyre changer to the van floor, in at least 4 points, taking
care not to damage the structural part of the van when drilling the
holes.
The machine is installed by the customer/user, conse-
quently the manufacturer of the tyre changer is not re-
sponsible for any problems or damages that may arise if
the tyre changer is not secured correctly to the van floor.
Based on the type of van involved, you need to estab-
lish suitable securing systems so as to secure the tyre
changer to the van firmly and safely.
Before you drill the van floor, make sure that you will not
damage the van and makes its use dangerous.
Before installing and using the machine, make sure the
securing holes in the van floor have been drilled in the
correct position so as not to make the use of the tyre
changer dangerous.
