Pretreatment is not required since any handles that already contacted a patient or were soiled must not be reused under any
circumstances.
4 Application instructions
801-030, 802-030, 802-032 and 803-030
Insert connector into the monopolar output socket (3-pin) of the HF unit.
802-032 and 952-001
Connect the hose end exclusively to a compatible smoke evacuation system and then check the connection. The smoke evacuation
handle should be positioned as close as possible to the surgical field to permit maximum smoke evacuation.
952-001
Guide the tip of the handle through the distal opening of the evacuation clip up to the stop and fix in place in the rear part of the
lip. The ha dle's o
e ti g a le may be applied to the fixing points along the hose.
801-030, 802-030 and 802-032
Pressing the yellow button = activates cutting current
Pressing the blue button = activates coagulation current

Activated by means of a footswitch connected to the HF unit
5 Operation and storage/transport

Temperature: -34 °C to +65 °C
The sterilized products must be stored out of direct sunlight. It is recommended to store the products in original packaging until
their first use.
All instruments should always be treated with the utmost care during storage and transport. This particularly applies to blades,
fine tips, and other sensitive areas.
Ensure that the sterile packaging is not damaged during instrument transport because damage will result in failure of the
instrument.
6 Disposal
Medical devices, packaging material, and accessories must be disposed of according to applicable country-specific laws and
regulations.
