Assembly

Boiler face
· Prepare face according to the
enclosed space requirement
diagram. If required, insert a counter
face plate (option).
· Fill in space 1 with recommended
heat-resistant material or material
supplied by the boiler manufacturer.

Do not obstruct combustion
chamber pressure take-off pF.
Combustion head
· Position combustion head so that
valve coils are positioned vertically
above or below, gas manifold on
the right or on the left.
· Fix and secure combustion head
with its seal on boiler face.
· Check for possible leaks.
Gas manifold
· Check presence and position of
O-ring B in manifold C flange.
· When fitting gas manifold, valve
coils must be in the vertical top
position.
Important
When using a left-mounted VGD gas
train, it is necessary to pivot the SKP75
regulator 180°.
To do this:
· Remove the SKP75 regulator.
· Remove the connector (3P+T) on
the side of the regulator and
remount it opposite.

Seal off the old position of the
connector.
· Refit the regulator once it has been
pivoted a half turn (180°).
Burner body
This must only be installed with volute
casing downwards or upwards (see
space requirements).
· Hook burner body on to combustion
head using fixed spindle F located
opposite gas manifold.
· Connect both ignition cables.
· Close burner body with mobile
spindle E.
· Fit safety screw D.
· Connect hoses :
– between pump and installation,
making sure that suction or
booster and return flow direction is
correct,
– between pump pressure outlet and
hydraulic distributor.
· Check for possible leaks.
· Insert the electric bundle plug of the
fuel oil solenoid valves via case
opening.
· Connect points that must remain in
burner body.
