5.10
CHANGING THE SAFETY THERMOSTAT
WARNING!
Regularly check that the safety thermostat
is operating correctly.
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1 above,
proceed as follows:
- Remove the right hand front panel.
- Open the door and remove the rotating carriage;
- Inside the baking chamber, remove the thermostat bulb.
- Disconnect the faston couplings and unscrew the ring nut at the top
right fixing the thermostat.
- Replace the thermostat (Plate A Item 25);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.11
REPLACING THE MAIN SWITCH
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to replace
the main switch proceed as follows:
-
- Disconnect the wiring;
- Replace the main switch (Table A Part.33);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.12
REPLACING THE MAIN BREAKER
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to replace
the main breaker proceed as follows:
Remove the front right side panel by unfastening the fixing screws.
- Disconnect the wiring
- Replace the main breaker (Table A part. 54)
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.13
LCD BOARD REPLACEMENT
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1 above,
proceed as follows:
Remove the front right side panel by unfastening the fixing screws.
- Remove the casing by unfastening the fixing screws.
- Loosen the nuts on the top and bottom clamps, tightening the
LCD board;
- Disconnect the LCD board connectors.
- Replace the board with LCD (Table A part. 26).
Perform the operations in reverse order to reassemble, making sure
that the connectors are in the right positions.
NOTE:
Perform a general "Factory Default" reset of the
appliance as described in point 5.15
5.14
"RESET" PROCEDURE
The RESET operation is useful to reset the parameters to their
default settings. It is different from the "DEFAULT" operation
described below, as a set of parameters related to the current
configuration is not changed; i.e. language, time, date and set model.
Press MENU for the RESET procedure, select HELP and press
"OK", then select RESET and confirm to start the procedure. Press
"OK" to confirm or "RETURN "to cancel the operation displayed on
the screen.
NOTE:
To display the current configuration of the oven,
display the INFO tab present under the SERVICE menu.
5.15
"FACTORY DEFAULT" PROCEDURE
If you detect any failure in the electronic operation, proceed with the
RESET procedure described in 5.14. If failure is not resolved or if
the LCD DISPLAY is replaced, perform the "FACTORY
DEFAULT procedure".
This procedure returns the electronic unit to the initial condition ; all
data contained within it are deleted, including oven data
configuration (model, etc.)

If you are not qualified for even one of the
previous data, DO NOT perform these procedures! Contact the
manufacturer's specialized technical assistance.

programs saved can be reinstalled with the "IMPORT USB"

Press MENU for the reset procedure and press "OK" to gain access,
press FACTORY DEFAULT and confirm. Press "OK" to confirm or
"RETURN "to cancel the operation displayed on the screen.
The configuration screens will be displayed if you press ok. Use the
up/down arrow keys to select the desired setting and press "OK" to
confirm. After data requested you will be redirected to the initial
page.
RESET at this point as described in 5.14.
NOTE:
To display the current configuration of the oven,
display the INFO tab present under the SERVICE menu.
5.16
GREASING THE CARRIAGE ROTATION BEARING
SUPPORT
NOTE:
Abour every 6 MONTHS (this will vary according to
the type of equipment use) the carriage rotation support needs to
be greased. va ingrassato.
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1 above,
proceed as follows:
- Remove the top panel (Fig.25 item X);
- Grease the carriage rotation bearing support thoroughly with
LGHP2 SKF GREASE FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES via both
nipples (Fig.25 item G);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.17
DISMANTLING
When the appliance or its parts are dismantled, the various
components must be divided according to type of material, and then
disposed of in compliance with current laws and regulations.
The presence of a barred mobile container indicates
that within the European Union electrical components
are subject to special disposal at the end of their
working life. These regulations apply not only to this
device, but to all the accessories marked with the
symbol. These products must not be disposed of
together with normal waste
