LEVEL 4:
- transport setting
- synchronized/
non-synchronized mode
- total therapy time
- service menu
Note!
- While you adjust the
extension/flexion values, the car-
riage will move to the set range.
This allows you to easily and
quickly determine the ROM where
the patient does not experience any
pain.
- Special functions can be pro-
grammed and retrieved with
®
ARTROMOT
-SP3 Comfort de-
vices (see sections 5.4 and 5.5).
- Only ARTROMOT
models allow therapy protocols to
be saved to an inserted chip card.
- The angle entered last for the re-
spective directions of motion will be
saved in each case.

- To access the programming level you
need, press the MENU key repeatedly.
- The treatment parameters are selected
with the different parameter keys.
- To change the treatment values, press
the + / – keys.
- To enable/disable a function, press the
respective parameter key again.

LEVEL 1
■ dorsal extension
maximum value: 40 degrees
■ plantar flexion
maximumvalue: - 50 degrees
■ inversion
maximum value: - 40 degrees
■ eversion
maximum value: 20 degrees
Note!
- The programmed values and the
values measured at the patient's
foot may deviate slightly.
- To ensure a physiological motion,
the carriage moves to the following
positions in the synchronized mode
in the following sequence:
maximum dorsal value at the same
time as halfway between inver-
sion/eversion
maximum eversion value at the
same time as halfway between dor-
sal extension / plantar flexion
maximum plantar flexion at the
same time as maximum inversion
- To ensure that the movements you
program are physiological in na-
ture, we recommend to program
the carriage in the following order:
1. Programming the maximum
dorsal extension value
2. Resting the foot by
programming a
plantar flexion of 0°
3. Programming the
maximum eversion value
