fixing, in order to compensate for the
different width.

Insert the spacer kit as
Art. 4615127
The shock absorber is equipped with
two spacers.
First, identify which spacer fits
your vehicle:
• LML STAR Deluxe 125 – 150 4T (E25):
length 65 mm
• Vespa PX 125 - 150 2T euro 2 (VLX2M)
/ euro 3: length 54 mm
Remove the silent block (Vespa PX)
or eyelet (LML Star) from the original
shock absorber.
Install the following items in sequence:
• the spacer supplied with the kit on the
upper mount
• Vespa PX : the original silent block on
the spacer
• LML Star: the original eyelet on the
spacer
Fit the shock absorber on the vehicle.

• KYMCO PEOPLE S 150 4T LC euro
4 2018-> (TF30): insert the bushing
inside the silentblock of the engine and
then use M8 screw and nut + washer
Ø8 for fastening.
• For all other applications: use M10 nut
for mounting.

Inspection and servicing

• After having washed the motorbike,
clean the shock absorber thoroughly
and lubricate it with oil;
• check flexible couplings, small rubber
bumpers and the tightness of the fixing
screws to avoid excessive slackness;
• check spring pre-loading (as
described above);
• check shock absorber rod to avoid
visible damages.
WARNING: for all the shock
absorber
DO NOT TAMPER. This shock absorber
is loaded with nitrogen at a pressure
of 10 bar which fit to pre-established
loaded conditions. The casual tampering,
made by unqualified people, could be
very dangerous and could also put the
shock absorber out of order and it will
have to be sent back to the factory for
repairs. Unqualified personnel should
avoid unscrewing the upper plug no.
1 where the compressed nitrogen is
located, or opening the hydraulic part
in order to avoid the gas to come out
from the gas tank. Limit servicing to the
external mechanic part, cleaning the rod,
checking silentblock rubber bumpers,
and registering spring pre-loading and
the hydraulic braking adjustment knob.
