Call Center -- Comfort and Classic
Call Center - - Overview
After logging into the Call Center function, the six function keys of the right hand row
of function keys on both the Comfort and Classic units are assigned the following
functions in the order specified:

• Where applicable, the assignments of the function keys can deviate from the
above mentioned assignment.
• When you log out of the CC, the original function keys assignments become

Log agent groups in/out (LED flashes when
logged out)
Take a break (LED flashes during a break)
Set agent groups
Enter job code
Cancel wrap-up time
Increase wrap-up time manually
(LED flashes when increase is initiated).
