Cancelling/extending wrap-up time -
After each conversation from call distribution, you can be given a certain amount of
time (e.g. for taking notes), providing this function has been enabled by the
supervisor. You can then extend the wrap-up time yourself if you need more time or
cancel it prematurely if you do not need all the allocated time.
Extending wrap-up time yourself
Press the "Wrap-up time manually" function key. The message "Wrap-up time

manually" appears in the status display. The LED next to the function key starts to
flash.
The wrap-up time remains enabled until you cancel it.
Cancelling wrap-up time
If you do not need all the automatically allocated wrap-up time or want to cancel the
manual wrap-up time:
Press the "Cancel wrap-up time" function key. You are available again for CC
calls.
• You cannot be allocated CC calls during the warp-up time.
