¶ When the vehicle is in the driving position, the props must be fully retracted.
¶ Never attempt to force the upper or lower travel of the props.
¶ Check to make sure the fifth wheels are in the locked position when coupling
to prevent the vehicle from falling back on to the props A shock of this type
would quickly render the props useless and damage both the floor and the
chassis.
¶ In the propped position, make sure the vehicle is on a solid surface. If
necessary, place some appropriate means of support between the vehicle and
the ground.
¶ Hang the crank handle on the hook provided for this purpose.

¶ High speed (2): used to extend or retract the props provided the base plates
are not touching the ground.
¶ Low speed (3): used when raising or lowering the semitrailer, loaded or empty.
¶ Changing to high speed (2): free the crank handle from its transport hook and pull
it until high speed is engaged. Turning it slightly will make this easier. Make sure
it is locked in position.

pull it until high speed is engaged. Turning it slightly will make this easier. Make

10. Diesel Tank

Diesel tank gauge:
When the pointer is in the red zone it is time to refill
the tank.
