To be done in a workshop approved by LAMBERET SAS or by
the dealer network concerned.
Every 5000 km:
¶ Check the diameter of the trailer kingpin.
¶ Check the tightening torque of the kingpin mounting screws (190 N.m).
Every 50,000 km:
¶ Check the condition of the coupling plate and its fixing device (CARGOFRIGO).
B. REFRIGERATION UNIT
For maintenance of the refrigeration unit, refer to the manufacturer's
manual.
To be done by the user.
Every day, before driving off, check the following:
¶ The quantity of fuel in the tank (using the gauge)
¶ Visually for any sign of a leak
¶ Visually the overall state of the refrigeration unit for signs that any part is
damaged, unscrewed or broken.
¶ The thermostat setting and the interior temperature of the vehicle.
After 5000 km and 20,000 km and then once a year:
¶ Check the fastenings used to connect the refrigeration unit and the body.
- 85 N.m for the connection brackets
- 55 N.m for the unit's plates
