RANGE EXTENDER

The Orbea RS Range Extender connects to Urrun to add
252 Wh of extra capacity to the system, bringing the total
capacity, together with the internal battery, to 792 Wh.
Thus, the Range Extender will extend the range of Urrun
by 50% when compared to the range achieved with the
internal battery only.

the Maintenance and Electric Components
Use Warnings sections of this manual. Also
read how to charge, turn on and check the
battery level in the Use of Urrun section of
this manual. For more important information

Completely charge the Range Extender
Charge the Range Extender as soon as
your receive it.
If your are not going to use the Range
Extender, charge it to 50% of its capacity
every 2-3 months.

RANGE EXTENDER ASSEMBLY

The Range Extender must always be installed
on the downtube.
Do not installed the Range Extender on the
seat tube.
Install the Range Extender dedicated mount onto the
recommended torque setting of 5 Nm.
When installing the Range Extender holder, remove the
washers pre-installed on the frame and make sure that,
once installed, the Range Extender´s six contact points rest
correctly against the downtube.

Install the Range Extender into the mount and secure it
with the side o-ring.
The Range Extender bottle holder is compatible
with standard bottles when the Range Extender is
not installed.
