3. Caster Assembly Handle:
a.) Steering Caster assembly is spring loaded to lift
column off the ground when unloaded.
b.) Caster handle locks on wheel when handle is pivoted
to the upright position, Fig. 14.
c.) Lock intended to prevent unintended motion after
column positioned, not for stopping a moving column.
d.) Column has limited ground clearance and relatively
small wheels so be sure to have a clear relatively
level path when moving column.

e.) To move column be sure column is not loaded, and
