Single/Pair/All Mode
1. The service area must be clear of all personnel before
the vehicle is positioned.
Locate lift on level concrete surface with a
WARNING
minimum strength of 3000 psi.
2. Spotting: Position the vehicle in the location where it is
to be lifted.
Note: See Fig. 8 for the general arrangement of each lift
column.
3. Column Placement: Position column per Wheel Engaging
and Column Movement instructions. Ensure fork width is
adjusted to properly accommodate the tire/wheel size and
fork vertical face is snug against tire. Turn on the Power Up

4. If Wireless: Select System ID 1 to 32 on 3 digit display

Note: all column in a set / bay need to be on the same
channel. Use different channel for each bay in the shop.

5. If Wired: After placing second and future columns
connect communication cable from one columns control
box and the next. Because open port is on the right-hand
side of control box it is normally best to wire in a clockwise
direction.
Note: Complete wired communication loop not required,
suggest leaving exit open as cable is not designed to be
driven over, Fig. 8. If equipped with cord reel, make sure
cable is not attempting to retract. Take other cable routing
considerations to protect cable from being damaged when
working on lift.
6. Assigning location in set: Using the Control Panel, Fig.
7, and the bus diagram as a reference, Fig. 8, press the
Activate Column Button
the column was just placed. The column will show Green
when activated.
7. Repeat steps 3 through 7 for subsequent columns.
Connected columns will show as flashing yellow in their
respective positions on the column display (with column
you are at in green).
