Take the charging cable from the CDU electronic card (be careful not to confuse
it with the cartridge cable) and connect it to the USB charging cable.

Connect the USB charging cable to the USB charger (not supplied). Then connect
the USB charger to a power socket.

When charging is complete, unplug the USB charger and the USB charging cable.
Replace the elements correctly in the pocket.
f) Storing the OFF-ROAD airbag
After each use, store the airbag according to the following instructions :
•
Switch the airbag off.
•
Store the airbag at temperatures between 0°C (32°F) and 30°C (86°F).
•
Store the airbag in a place protected from moisture and light.
•
Do not leave the airbag near flammable surfaces or objects.
•
Do not place heavy objects on the airbag.
•
Do not leave the airbag folded or rolled up.
•
Put the airbag on a hanger or coat rack.
•
Do not leave the airbag within the reach of rodents or other animals.
•
Keep the airbag out of the reach of children.
g) Carrying the OFF-ROAD airbag
CAUTION
•
You must not use the airbag if you are using any means of transportation other
than a motorcycle.
•
When carrying the airbag, it must be switched off to prevent unexpected triggering.
By car, subway, streetcar, train, bus, boat, etc. : you can carry the airbag but
switched off. From a regulatory point of view, there are no particular restrictions.
By airplane : you can carry the airbag but switched off. From a regulatory point
of view, there are restrictions. For the latest recommendations, please consult the
documentation available on helite.com in the FAQ section. We recommend that you
include the user's manual and the IATA document on the transport of dangerous
goods in airplane with the airbag. We advise you to ask the airline for prior written
approval. Helite cannot be held responsible if the airline or airport security refuses to
transport the airbag. The transport of the airbag is always subject to their approval.
