5 Close the cartridge pockets.
Turn on the airbag (press the
• If a green (rally/enduro mode) or cyan (adventure mode) LED is flashing, the
cartridges are correctly installed. You can use the airbag.
• If a red LED is flashing and you hear beeps, something is wrong (empty cartridge,
cable not properly connected, etc). In this case, recheck the cartridges installation
and the condition of the airbag. If the problem persists, contact your dealer or
Helite customer service at sav@helite.com.
HOW TO RECOGNIZE A NEW CARTRIDGE AND A USED CARTRIDGE ?
On a new cartridge, the operculum of the cartridge is visible through the barrel,
while on a used cartridge there is a hole (impacted cartridge).
When inflating with 2 new cartridges, the cartridge on the left is triggered first.
7. MEANING OF LEDS AND BEEPS
If you have any doubts or problems with the operation of the airbag, please refer
to the table describing the LEDs and beeps coming from the CDU electronic card.
If you cannot find a solution, please contact your dealer or Helite Customer Service
at sav@helite.com.
