GENERAL CLAUSES
This warranty shall prevail, without prejudice to any mandatory legislation that might apply.
Their application is limited to SPAS which have been sold by authorised retailers and their distributors. This warranty is solely extended to the original
purchaser, and shall be null and void in the event of transfer of ownership, sale, movement to a new installation, etc.
The manufacturer guarantees the following for a period of 3 YEARS beginning on the date of purchase:
I. The structure of the SPA shell against water leakage due to structural manufacturing defects.
II. The acrylic fi nish against material defects, formation of bubbles, cracking or peeling.
III. Manufacturing defects on the pumps, blowers, ozone generator, jets, fans, heater and control systems.
IV. Manufacturing defects on the wooden skirt which surrounds the SPA. Given the fact that wood is a natural living product affected by meteorological
conditions, the warranty does not cover losses or increases of colour, cracking or splitting and the wooden fi nish after the date of purchase which
appears on the invoice, receipt or warranty.
If applicable, the defective SPA shell or skirt shall be replaced at no charge to the original purchaser.
In the event of a manufacturing defect on any of the parts which make up the SPA, the manufacturer's responsibility shall only extend up to the total
price paid to the manufacturer for the SPA.
NOTE: In order to permit product improvements, the company reserves the right to change or modify any component it deems appropriate without
prior notice.
It is recommended that all reasonable steps be taken to protect the SPA from possible damage.
We request that our customers verify that the products are found to be in perfect condition upon delivery and before proceeding with their installation.
The installer should perform a fi nal visual and operational inspection prior to their fi nal installation.
TERMS AND COSTS
Any inconformity on the part of the consumer must be expressed within a period of 3 YEARS from the purchase of the SPA. In the event of a manufac-
turing defect under the consumer contract, the manufacturer may opt to either repair or replace the product, except in such case that it turns out to be
impossible or unwarranted.
In the event that the manufacturer deems it necessary to move the SPA to a repair location, or that the SPA must be replaced, the purchaser shall be
responsible for all costs associated with the removal or replacement of elements which do not form part of the SPA.
The manufacturer must be informed of manufacturing defects within a period of 2 YEARS from the time that the user becomes aware of the defect.
Faults which may arise within the warranty period and which are acknowledged to result from a manufacturing defect by our Technical Department
shall be covered by the manufacturer in terms of replacement parts and the user shall be responsible for Technical Service transport and labour costs.
The SPA owner will be asked to provide an advance bank transfer or credit card number to cover said costs. The Technical Service Provider will proceed
with repairs within its work schedule and in accordance with its regular workfl ow. Any possible delay may not form the basis of a claim for damages.
The manufacturer or its authorised service technician may calculate reasonable transport costs in the event that the SPA is located outside of the service
area of the nearest authorized service technician.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS TO BE FOLLOWED REGARDING ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
The owner of the property is solely responsible for contracting the electrical installation. Said electrical installation must be carried out by a qualifi ed
electrician and obey regulations currently in force in each country. A certifi cate must be obtained from the electrician confi rming that it has been tested.
Your local authorities may impose certain specifi c restrictions and/or requirements. Check with your local authorities if you are in any doubt.
Installation technicians are not qualifi ed electricians and as a result may only perform connections to an electrical system which has been professionally
installed and duly tested.
The manufacturer's warranty shall be null and void in the event that these conditions are not met prior to the work of the product installer.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
1. The manufacturer and any technicians or authorised service providers shall not be held responsible for any injury, inconvenience, loss of use, dama-
ge caused by water or chemicals, transport costs, container requirements or any other incidental or consequential cost, expense or damage resulting
from any defect or alleged defect of the SPA.
2. Damage originating from faults caused as a consequence of: owing to circumstances beyound our control, atmospheric and geological phenome-
na, changes in electrical voltage, electromagnetic reactions, water hardness, lime scale deposits, excessive atmospheric humidity, damage caused to
the SPA surface through leaving it uncovered and without water in its interior, covering the SPA with any type of plastic wrapping, damage caused by
non-approved cleaners (such as calcium hypochlorite, chlorine trichloride or any chemical cleaning agent which may be left undissolved on the SPA
surface).
3. The manufacturer does not install the SPAs it manufactures; as such, the installer shall be responsible for all damage resulting from incorrect ins-
tallation or handling of the SPA.
4. This warranty shall be null and void if the SPA has been subject to misuse, alteration or attempted alteration, repair or attempted repair by persons
who do not form part of the manufacturer's authorised service technicians, inadequate installation, inadequate water chemistry, inadequate mainte-
nance, acts of God or damage caused outside of the manufacturer's control. Misuse and mishandling are understood to comprise any operation on
the SPA which is not detailed in our user manual (which forms part of the contract of sale).
5. This warranty does not cover the product's regular maintenance operations, cleaning of fi lters, changing of light bulbs, coverage of lamp lenses,
motor checks, electrical installation, installation of plumbing, boilers, connections, electrovalves, nor the issuing of certifi cates accrediting correct ope-
ration that may be required, on a regular basis or not.
6. Damage caused by transport not immediately reported to the transport company. (Invalidates warranty).
7. The use of water at temperatures not between +1ºC and +40ºC (+34, –104º Fahrenheit).
8. Building work, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, fl oor laying, fencing or other work, as well as the conversion of any type of mains inlet required
for the installation of the SPA and its connection to mains supply installations, as well as those required for its removal in the event of a manufacturing
defects and replacement of the SPA, shall all remain at the sole responsibility and cost of the customer.
9. The warranty solely covers private use of the SPA (single-family homes). This warranty shall be null and void if the SPA is placed in a commercial
location.
10. Manipulation of information appearing on the invoice, receipt or this warranty.
11. All other warranties, express or implied, are hereby disclaimed. No agent, salesperson, distributor, service company or any other person is autho-
rized to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any way.
12. Imperfections or damage which may be caused by the SPA as a consequence of its weight with water and persons are excluded from this warranty.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser/user of the SPA to establish, by means of qualifi ed personnel, that the surface on which the product is to be
installed is capable of withstanding the weight of the same with water and persons.
