MATRIX
There are 10 columns of load bars and 8 fields in each column. Each column
represents 3 minutes of training (without changing the TIME value) and each field
represents 4 load levels.
MANUAL PROGRAMME

Using the UP and DOWN buttons, select the MANUAL programme.
Press the ENTER button to confirm the selection.

Use the UP or DOWN buttons to change the resistance level (LEVEL).
The default setting is level 1.
•
Set the time (TIME), distance (DISTANCE), calories (CALORIES), and
pulse (PULSE) by pressing the UP or DOWN button. Confirm by
pressing ENTER.
•
Start your workout by pressing the START/STOP button.
•
During the workout, you can change the intensity level (LEVEL) by
pressing the UP or DOWN button.
•
Stop the workout by pressing the START/STOP button.
