Identify and resolve a fault (simplified table)
The ALARM and STOP LEDs can distinguish types of incidents. Below is a simple diagram to identify
and solve simple problems.

*The green LEDs can be ignored when diagnosing machine faults.
Probable causes
Electric fault:
LP sensor PSn34 or HP sensor
PSn43 unplugged or
malfunctioning.
Electric fault:
Lit
fixed
Conductivity meter CE62
unplugged or malfunctioning.
Electric fault:
Circuit breaker has tripped
Low pressure fault:
Clogged prefiltration.
(Triggers at less than 0.5bar on
PSn34 after HP pump has
started)
Low pressure fault:
Lack of water.
(Triggers at less than 0.3bar on
PSn34. HP pump has not started)
Emergency stop activated.
Auto flush button pushed when
option is not installed
Low pressure fault:
Lack of water during freshwater
flush.
(Triggers at less than 0.3bar on
PSn34 when option is installed)
High pressure fault:
Pressure in the membrane(s)
above 70 bar.
Pressure in the membrane(s)
above 10 bar.
Carry-out the following steps
1.
Check the connection of the sensor.
2.
Check the connection in the control box.
3.
Replace the sensor.
1.
Check the connection in the control box.
2.
Replace the conductivity meter.
1.
Find the origin of the circuit breaker tripping.
2.
Reset the circuit breaker.
1.
If installed, backwash the sand filter.
2.
Replace the 5µ and 20µ filters.
3.
Clear the fault by pressing the STOP button for
5 seconds.
1.
The hull valve is closed. Open the hull valve.
2.
Check if the through-hull is not blocked.
3.
Clear the fault by pressing the STOP button for
5 seconds.
1.
Make sure that there is no (more) danger or
risk present.
2.
Turn the knob to return it to its original position.
1.
Clear the fault by pressing the STOP button for
5 seconds.
2.
Perform a manual flush as described in §3.3.2
1.
Make sure the auto-flush subset is connected
to the control box
2.
Make sure there is enough water in the fresh
water tank and check that the on-board
freshwater pressurizer (hydrophore) is working
correctly and delivers at least 1 bar of
pressure.
3.
Clear the fault by pressing the STOP button for
5 seconds.
1.
Open valve V49 by turning counterclockwise.
2.
Clear the fault by pressing the STOP button for
5 seconds.
