Grilling*

Turn the oven switch to the position marked with the grill symbol.

Heat the oven for 5 minutes (with the oven door closed).

Arrange the universal tray with the food to be prepared at the correct height in the oven;
when grilling on the grid, an empty baking tray for the dripping fat should be placed at a
directly lower height (under the grid) (fat pan).

Grilling* with the oven door closed. Accessible parts can become hot when using the oven as
a grill unit*. Keep out of the reach of children!
NOTES
For the grill heat* oven function, set the temperature to 250 °C, also for combined grill and
heating from above.
For the fan oven function with combined grill and heating from above, set the maximum
temperature to 200 °C.
The following is recommended:
Do not exceed a 2-3 cm thickness for the meat portion to be grilled

Dab a little oil or fat onto meat and fish dishes before grilling.
After half the grilling time, turn the grilled food portion over.

Fan operation **
The fan swirls the hot air around the dish.
Advantages of fan operation:
Set the temperature approximately 20 °C lower during baking.

Reduction of the roasting/baking time
•
Suitable for simultaneous preparation of several dishes.
