Oven and accessories
Clean the oven after each use.
•
Let the oven cool down first.
•
When cleaning, switch on the oven lighting for better visibility in the work area.
•
Remove the accessories, wipe with a damp cloth. Dry the accessories and put them back in

the oven. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
Only clean the oven interior with warm water and a little detergent.

Steam cleaning:
Pour 0.25 litres of water (1 glass) into a bowl placed on the first shelf at the bottom

close the oven door,

turn the oven temperature regulator to "50 °C" and the oven function selector to "Heating
from below",
preheat the oven interior for about 30 minutes

Open the oven door, wipe the interior with a cloth or sponge and then clean with warm water

After cleaning, rub the inside of the oven dry.
Remove stubborn soiling using special oven cleaners.

17.1 Removing the oven door
The oven door can be removed for cleaning and for better access to the oven interior.
Open the oven door and press the folding brackets
•
on the hinges on both sides upwards.
•
Press the door slightly, lift it up and pull it out to
the front.
Insert the oven door in the reverse order.
•
When inserting, make sure that the recess of the
•
hinge fits correctly with the hook of the hinge
holder.
•
Afterwards the two folding brackets must be put
down again. Otherwise, hinges can be damaged
when closing the oven door.
