Notice!
When painting, only use as much
material as is required for the
specific procedure.
When painting, maintain the
necessary spray distance (see
chapter 4). After painting, store or
dispose of the material correctly.
■ Adjust the necessary spray dis-
tance (see chapter 4).
■ Ensure there is sufficient spraying
air feed and material supply.
■ Use the control air to trigger the
control pulse for painting.
Switch off the automatic gun
■ Switch off the control air.
■ If painting has finished or a longer
painting pause is planned, disconnect
the spraying air and the material sup-
ply and heed the instructions for care
and storage (see chapter 11).
10. Maintenance and repairs
The following chapter describes the
procedures involved for maintaining
and repairing the automatic gun.

Warning!
If maintenance work is performed
while the gun is still connected
to the compressed air circuit and
material supply, components can
unexpectedly work loose and
material can leak.
→ Empty the automatic gun be-
fore all kinds of maintenance
work and then disconnect it from
the compressed air circuit and
the material supply.
