The device will stop automatically when the selected mixing
cycle finishes, and the lid can be opened 5 seconds after the
end-of-mixing beep.

Open the lid within 5 seconds from the end of the mixing cycle and remove
the container. After 5 seconds, the safety lock is activated automaticall and
after a further 5 seconds a beep is emitted.
To release the safety lock, press the ON/OFF/open lid button (fig. A, 7).
Collect the mixture using the spatula provided.
We strongly advise never mixing alginate then stone in the same
container as it may contaminate & impede the setting.
It is recommended to remove the mixture from the container as
soon as possible.
7.3
USE OF ThE MIXER WITh PLASTER
Do not activate the device without material inside the container.
Hurrimix
mixes Zhermack Elite Dental Stones only;

recommended quantity 80g, max 100g (powder + water). Do
not exceed the maximum permitted quantity to avoid
malfunction.
Once it has been correctly installed and put into service, proceed as follows:

be customised, by pressing buttons "+" (fig.A, 9) and "-" (fig.A,10). Keep the
button pressed for a fast scroll.

The quality of Elite Dental Stones plaster is guaranteed with a
maximum quantity of 100 g (powder + water). Comply with the
dosage indicated by the Manufacturer.

accessories with water to prevent the material from hardening.
ChAPTER 8: MAINTENANCE
8.1
CLEANING ThE EqUIPMENT
Use a dry cloth to clean the outside of the equipment and centrifuge
compartment. If necessary, dampen the cloth with a small amount of water
or a non-degreasing detergent (see paragraph 2.4). The operator must ensure
that the equipment is kept clean and free from any foreign bodies such as
debris, water, non-conducting liquids etc. For this purpose cleaning must be
performed at the end of every shift, with the equipment in stable conditions.
No accessory can be sterilised.
Before cleaning the outside of the equipment, always make sure
that the master switch is off. It is prohibited to clean the
equipment when it is connected to the electric power supply
mains.
CLEANING THE ALGINATE CONTAINER:
Wait till the mixture hardens and then remove it from the
container using the spatula. Subsequently rinse container and
lid with water. the container and cover. Gently clean the surfaces
with non-alcohol based products.
Warning: non-autoclavable material, cold sterilise only.
CLEANING THE PLASTER CONTAINER:
Rinse the container and cover before the mixture hardens.
Gently clean the surfaces with non-alcohol based products.
Warning: non-autoclavable material, cold sterilise only.
Do not use inflammable, corrosive, alkaline or toxic liquids to
clean the equipment.
Clean and disinfect the equipment and accessories before to
delivery to technical assistance.
8.2
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Once the equipment has been cleaned (see paragraph 8.1), the operator
must check for worn, damaged or loose parts. If any such situations are
detected, contact the Authorised After-Sales Centre.
If any of the previously-described situations should occur, it is
prohibited to re-start the equipment before the problems have
been solved.
In particular, before moving away from the equipment, the operator
detecting problems of any nature must place a sign on the it indicating
that equipment maintenance is in progress and that use is prohibited
(EC-compliant signs can be purchased from the relevant suppliers).
Routine maintenance, cleaning and correct equipment use are essential
factors in guaranteeing long-lasting equipment performance and safety.
To extend the life of Hurrimix
transmission gear (part number XR0250926) at an authorised
service centre every 4000 cycles.
To display the total number of mixing cycles carried out by the appliance,
after having switched Hurrimix
on, press the 8a, 8b and 7 buttons

simultaneously (fig. A, page 3).
Two numbers will appear at the bottom of the display. The two digits on the
left indicate thousands, the one digit on the right indicates hundreds (e.g.
03 and 5 correspond to 3500 cycles).
