Multi-colour touch display
The display differentiates between 4 different states:
Standby, Charging, Complete and Fault
Standby. This charger is OK and waiting for a
vehicle to be connected.
The display will switch off in standby after
30 minutes in wait mode. It can be activated
again by touching it.
Charging complete. The previously required
charge time and the energy introduced in kWh
will be displayed. The charger will automati-
cally stop the charging process. Recharging is
ended depending on the discharge level of the
connected battery. The display will show the
overall time. The device now switches to auto-
matic top-up to compensate for the battery's
self-discharge.
USB interface
The USB interface for data transfer (e. g. history data) is beneath the
STOP button.

7.3.1 Description of the menu in detail
The charger is equipped with intuitive menu and operating controls. The
following section indicates general menu navigation on the charger's
display and briefly describes the configuration options in the respective
display.
A boot screen appears when the charger is powered up: This boot screen
can be used to read the power module's nominal voltage and nominal
current as well as the currently installed software version of the charging
application. The charger's Standby screen will appear once the charging
application has successfully booted. The displayed menu levels are descri-
bed in greater detail below.

Charging. The charger will recharge the battery
irrespective of discharge level. The charge bar
within the battery symbol will rhythmically fill.
The remaining charge time will be displayed.
Fault/warning. There is a fault or warning. Pres-
sing the Info button displays a multilingual rea-
son for the fault.
The Standby screen enables switching to the submenus Info (lower
left) and Settings (lower right). The charge mode that is currently set is
displayed at the top edge of the screen. This is usually Hopp1 or Hopp3.
Should trak | com communication be available for chaos charging, this
will be indicated by the comment "Battery interface active". The operator
is automatically returned to this standby screen from all subsequent me-
nus after a preset time (which can be configured in the service software).
The Info submenu can be used to read important operating data for the
charger as well as the device's software version and serial number.
It is also possible to navigate to the Settings menu from the standby
screen: The basic settings for Language and Date & time can be configu-
red at this menu level. This is achieved as described in section 7.3 – Initial
commissioning. Please note that the device will restart after the time or
language has been configured and the changes accepted.
The Data export menu provides the option of loading data onto a USB stick
and sending it to HOPPECKE for evaluation:
