9 Faults
Should there be a problem with your charger, you can find information
about the cause and possible remedial actions here.
Please have the following information ready if you would like to report
a fault (it can be found on the device's type plate):

No memory card available Defective memory card, charging continues as normal.
Although data will no longer be recorded.
Loss of mains power One phase of the AC voltage supply is absent in the case of three-phase
devices. Please have an electrician inspect the mains supply.
Battery interface reports: The connected battery is no longer being used correctly and will wear out
Battery very hot (> 55 °C) and fail prematurely.
Please use a replacement battery.
Battery interface reports: The electrolyte level in the connected battery is too low and will lead to
