OPERATING INSTRUCTION
PROGRAM 2 - DISTANCE
In this program the user can choose the distance they want to cover during their activity (0 5 ,
to 100 km). The count on the Digital Distance Display (FIELD 5) during the activity will be
counted in descending order. Press the PROGRAM button (BUTTON 8), select program P2 -
Distance by pressing START (BUTTON 9), choose the desired distance for the activity using the
SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12), then press the START button (BUTTON 9) to
confirm and start the activity. The speed can be changed at any time by pressing the SPEED
buttons (+/-) (BUTTON 11 and 12) or speed shortcuts (BUTTON 13).
PROGRAM 3 - CALORIES
In this program the user can choose the calories between 10 kcal and 9000 kcal that will be
defined using the SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12). Press the START button
(BUTTON 9) to confirm and start the activity. The speed may be changed at any time by the
SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTON 11 and 12) or SPEED shortcuts (BUTTON 13).
PROGRAM 4 - INTERVAL
In this program you can choose Speed 1 from 0.5 km/h to 18.0 km/h by pressing the SPEED
buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12), and press START (BUTTON 9) to confirm the selected
speed, set the interval time between 0:30 seconds and 10:00 minutes referring to speed 1,
pressing the SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12) and then pressing START (BUTTON
9).
Select Speed 2 from 0.5 km/h to 18.0 km/h by pressing the SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11
and 12), press the START button (BUTTON 9) to confirm the selected speed, inform the
interval time between 0:30 seconds and 10:00 minutes relating to speed 2 by pressing the
SPEED (+/-) buttons (BUTTONS 11 and 12) and confirm the time by pressing START (BUTTON
9).
Now that the speeds and time of each interval have been selected, state the amount of series
desired in the activity using the SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12). A series is a set of
two intervals, the first interval at speed 1 and the second at speed 2.
In the Total Time field, the duration of the training will be shown according to the amount of
series x time 1 (t) plus time 2 (t2).
e.g. s x (t + t2) = Total training time.
e.g. 4s x (0:30t + 1:30t2) = 6:00 minutes total time.
After setting the amount of series, press the START button (BUTTON 9) to start the activity.
The speed can be changed at any time by pressing the SPEED button (+/-) (BUTTON 11 and
12) or SPEED shortcuts (BUTTON 13).
