OPERATING INSTRUCTION
PROGRAM 1 - TIME
Select program P1 by pressing the P1 icon. In this program the user can choose the time between
03:00 minutes and 60:00 minutes of your activity that will be set using the slider adjustment or + /
- button. Press the OK button to confirm the time.
Press the START button (BUTTON 14) to begin the activity. The countdown on the Digital Time
Display will be decreasing. Speed and or incline can be changed at any time by pressing (+/-
BUTTON 15 and 17) speed, ( / BUTTON 11 and 13), shortcuts for speed and incline. Press the

Pause button to pause the activity, Restart to resume, and Finalize to end the program.
