OPERATING INSTRUCTION
4 - FAN
Turns the fan on / off and adjusts the speed. Three speeds: minimum, medium and
maximum. To increase or decrease speed just press the button again, until it is according to
the user's taste.
5 - HIIT SHORTCUT KEYS - HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
Opens the buttons for speed shortcuts as shown below.
